(1) The entire screen does not light up or shows grid patterns

Check whether the control host is powered on, whether the communication cable is properly connected, whether the sending card is securely inserted, whether the data cables between the multimedia card, capture card, and sending card are properly connected, and whether the JP1 or JP2 switch positions on the receiving card are set correctly.

(2) The system prompts "control system not found" each time the LED studio software is launched

The signal capture cable between the COM port and the data sending card may be disconnected, or the COM port on the computer itself may be faulty.

(3) The entire screen flickers or remains lit every 16 rows

Check the settings in the LED studio software.

(4) The entire screen image shakes or shows double imaging

Check the communication cable between the computer and the large screen; check the DVI cable between the multimedia card and the sending card; the sending card may be defective.

(5) A single row on a module or a corresponding module area does not light up or displays abnormally

Inspect whether the pin for the row signal of the corresponding module has a cold or missing solder joint; check whether the row signal pin corresponding to the TIP127 or 4953 is open‑circuited or short‑circuited with other signals; verify whether the pull‑up and pull‑down resistors for the row signal are missing or improperly soldered; check whether the row signal output from the 74HC138 is open‑circuited or short‑circuited with other signals relative to the corresponding TIP127 or 4953.

(6) Two rows on a single module light up simultaneously (when displaying text, one row appears normal while the other stays constantly lit)

Check whether the two row signals corresponding to the module are short‑circuited; check whether the output pins of the 138, the pull‑up and pull‑down resistors, the module pins, and the output pins of the TIP127 are short‑circuited.

(7) LEDs in certain circuit sections do not light up

Verify whether the connection orientation is correct; check whether the power output wiring is correct; the power cable may be reversed or inserted incorrectly.

(8) All LEDs do not light up

Check whether the switching power supply is providing voltage output; verify whether the output wiring of the switching power supply is correct.
